    This 1000°C large-capacity atmosphere box furnace is a professional thermal processing solution for high-volume, precision heating applications. Featuring an alumina fiber chamber and manual side-opening door, it supports an 800 kg maximum loading capacity for convenient material handling.

    Equipped with five-sided heating (left, right, rear, bottom, door) using externally mounted resistance wires, it delivers uniform heating at a rate of 0–20°C/min with a high-temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. Dual N-type thermocouples ensure reliable temperature measurement, while an ultimate vacuum of -0.1 MPa and dual rotameters enable precise control of argon and ammonia gas flows. A separate 10-inch touch screen control cabinet allows intuitive programming and real-time monitoring, with thermocouple break and over-temperature alarms ensuring safe, unattended operation.
